A Simply Senior session at Hillside Studio is ideal for those who want a quick, stress-free experience with an experienced professional photographer. These sessions are held in a single location—usually right here at our studio—and include both indoor and outdoor poses for variety.

The session fee is $99 and includes up to 2 outfits, but if you arrive wearing one, you can enjoy 3 outfits instead. You can also personalize your session by adding a pet, a sport, or showcasing a favorite collection.

A few days after your session, you’ll return to the studio for your in-person ordering appointment, where you and your family can view a variety of beautiful poses. There’s no minimum purchase required, and flexible payment plans are available to make ordering eas

Premium Senior Sessions

Our Premium Senior Sessions are the ultimate portrait experience—crafted to capture this moment in your life like a personal time capsule. We begin with an in-person consultation to create a customized plan just for you. Together, we’ll dream up a session that reflects everything you love—because while these portraits will be cherished by your family for decades, they’re also meant to be a celebration of you.

We want images that feel natural and beautiful, but also deeply personal—photos that, in 20 or 30 years, instantly take you back to this special time in your life.

Your Premium Session(s) can take place all in one day or be spread across multiple days and seasons. They can feature your passions, pets, sports, collections, and favorite locations. The goal is simple: to tell your story in the most complete and meaningful way possible.

Once your session is complete, you’ll be invited to your Starring Session—where you get to see ALL the photos taken and choose your favorites, along with the photographer. Using these favorites, we’ll create your Deluxe Proof Book. Use it to decide on your final order at home with no pressure. A password-protected online gallery with your favorites will help friends and family to view your poses also.

When you’re ready to order, we’ll guide you every step of the way—helping you choose from the very best products: wall portraits, gift prints, collages, graduation announcements and custom-designed, high-quality coffee table books. Every ordered pose comes with social media files for sharing online or creating slideshows.

We’re committed to providing the highest quality finished products: every print is mounted on styrene and sprayed with protective lacquer, and our books and albums are crafted with perfection—featuring custom covers and premium pages designed to last for generations.

The short answer: no, we are not a “shoot and burn” studio.

We’ve seen it happen too often—people leave with a flash drive full of images and great intentions, but life gets busy. Months later, the drive is still in a drawer, and little (if anything) has been printed or displayed. Plus, there’s a lot to figure out on your own:

• How do I crop the images correctly? 
• Will the prints fade over time?
• How do I design a book without spending hours frustrated at the computer? 
• Will the book cover warp or pages discolor? 
• Realizing if I might have to pay for my mistakes and pay for the redo of them?
   

At Hillside Studio, we remove all that stress. We transform your poses into stunning, heirloom-quality artwork—professionally retouched, beautifully finished, and made to last a lifetime.

If you prefer, you can purchase individual licensed digital files from our price list. We do have a bonus if you really want all your hi-res files: when you spend $2,300 or more (not including your session fee), you’ll receive all your licensed high-resolution digital files in your proof book—plus all the products you purchased to reach that amount.

In addition, we know you’ll be excited to share your portraits, when you pick up your proof book you can choose five sneak peeks for social media. Even better, every pose you order will come with a matching social media–sized file when we deliver your final order.
